South2 West8 Tenkara Trout Parka. Based on a classic Japanese fishing parka. Nylon jacket fully loaded with pockets from front to back. The sleeves are attached with zippers for easy removal to convert into a vest. The hood is attached with several snaps and can be removed as well.
